An official Shadow Warrior remake/reboot is in the works
Recently, information started coming in regarding an official remake/reboot of 3D Realms' Shadow Warrior. The people behind this project are Devolver Digital and Flying Wild Hog.

Might be interesting for the younger players which barely missed the original. Sure, the old "garlic humor" of the original won't exactly be well understood today anymore, I agree there, so it is aimed at the current audience. Remains to be seen what (if) will come out there.

Devolver is definitely going to have to tone Shadow Warrior's "Charlie Chan" the fuck down given how much backlash there was over Duke being.......well, Duke
It's sad when satirical humor gets confused with sexism and racism in this overly offended world of ours
