I'm running X-Com Apocalypse in DosBox, at 13,000 cycles. Cityscape is fine, but the battlescape is killing me because its running so slow. I've tried tweaking the frame skip, makes no differense, and if I increase the cycles any more it just slows the game down further. Any advice would be appreciated.

Tried running it WITHOUT dosbox?
What are your computer specs?
