Good thing moving to invision from phpBB.

Things you have to watch though when you set up a forum is:
- that you change the option to show posts from the beginning instead of the last 30 days.
- you should also enable the fast reply button.
(Edit: - in your admin control panel you have an option to recount the statistics so that the number of posts & members show up correct.)

Perhaps you could also integrate a shoutbox like on my forum. If you want I can add it for you.
