![]() If I could remember the name of the game I would know if its abandonware. Its a combat flight sim called something like 40 years of Air Combat or 40 years of Air War or some variation thereof. A google search has proven fruitless.
The premise of the game was that it allowed you to jump into a TON of authentic planes and fly combat missions in them (like any other Combat Flight Sim), but the unique thing with this one was that you could pit planes like a Sopwith Camel against a Submarine Spitfire or F4-Phantom (I believe it included Vietnam-era craft, but I can't really remember) Heheh...maybe it was 60 years... Also, I'd like to see Chuck Yeager's Air Combat available here. Its one of the greatest of all time and I logged way more hours than I care to admit on that game. |
