When did they raise the fee? What currency are you using?
The fee is different for PayByCash {paypal, etc.} and Credit Card.
WorldPay [Credit Card]: $5 USD
PayByCash [Cash, cheque, paypal, etc.] $7.30 USD
Correct me if I'm wrong...but I think those are the prices.
In Canada, since i use Paypal I pay about $10 CAD a month.
Its still worth the money!

MSN is censored because asking for personal details is asking the Jagex rules. For example, you can get banned from the game if you ask someone their name, address, email, etc. and also .com and stuff is censored because I guess Jagex wants you to play Runescape, not go on other websites.
