How is fitting grand theft auto on a handheld without leaving anything off from the console version not innovative? nothing of that size has ever been attempted on a handheld before, and now that it is you guys are saying you would rather play a dog petting simulation? I dont know how many DS games you have actually played, but many, many of them use the touch screen as just a map screen, or an inventory. very few games actually use the touchscreen to its full potential, and those that do just arent my cup of tea (*cough cough* nintendogs)....

As for the graphics arguement, I just have one inquiery: Are you serious? I thought the "It's pretty" point was a last ditch effort made by most modern lacklustre developers.

what do you mean by that? of course i am serious. GTA:LCS actually looks better than GTA 3 did, and burnout legends and ridge racer are almost indistinguishable from some console games. Sure, some of this may be due to the fact that your plaing on a smaller screen, but none of that really matters in the end. If you actually compare a first Gen. psp game to a first Gen. ps2 game, you will be quite surprised . . . .(as in actually buy it and look. You and i both know that screenshots just dont do a game justice)

and features that wont even compare to the DS.

But you are correct there. Glad you see my side of the debate.

hahaha. very funny. you wish the DS had better features. unfortunately, it doest.
Games - i suppose thats opinion but i really enjoy almost all of the psp's games
graphics - the ds isnt even comparable. thats like comparing a N64 to a ps2
looks - sure, it may not be important but we all know that the psp is just SEXY
features- i would go with good graphics, movies, music, pictures, and, internet over just games anyday. we all know that the touch screen is a cheap gimmick anyways
battery life - owww! the psp's achilles heel. the DS owns in this category.
psp - 4 DS- 1
i am not saying the ds is horrible, just for what i am looking for the psp is definettly the way to go
