Perhaps... It's up to you do decide.
I present you (the name is actually inspired by Puffin):

WOW!!!!!! When you draw do you sketch in pencil first and go over it with pen?

Nope, I always draw just on the PC. I'm not really that good on paper like I'm here, so all pictures are made on the PC. And it's little easier to draw it on the PC, I think. More possibilities such as zoom in and cut / paste details and like that.
Also I don't have a scanner so even if I could draw good on the paper, I couldn't bring it online.

Dehee.....I had a luxury preview....

I really like it. And when I'll figure out how is it possible to make these with only a PC, I'll like it even more.

Good Work Freddy! k:

Hope more come.......

I would think that it is harder to draw pictures like that on a computer, than with your hand. It seem to work the other way for you though. I like the Viking very much, it really has some incredible details . How many hours did you use to make it?

Hmm, well, around 3-4 hours per day, and I started it last Thursday, so 1 week of work.
Actually, it's pretty simple to draw those pictures on the PC, more simply than on paper - you just draw rough lines that serve as a "skeleton" of the picture, then add more fine ones, still more like a "skeleton" and then you'll just have to zoom in everywhere and work on the small details. This last part actually is the main work and takes really much time.
The main reason it's better to draw on PC is that you can edit the picture everytime and change any detail, while on paper you're more limited, even with a pencil.

About RHavell's notice on the shoutbox that the Viking looks more like a Mongolian, here's a picture that I think resembles one more than the Viking.
I painted it quite some time ago, but it's not that good as others. Just posting it as a reply. I didn't find any good name for it, so let's say it's a man with a two-handed sword:

Longsword

Exclamation

very nice
only 2 funny things:

1- it must have iron wrist to hold such a big sword in only one hand
2- he wears leather sadomasochist female boots :P
