My biggest jump was from Amiga to PC. From somewhere around 7.12 MHz to a P1 200 MHz. LOL

After that one I had K6-2 450Mhz for a long time, until I created new PC from scratch (XP2100, which just couple weeks ago I upgraded to XP2800 CPU).

I guess I will wait next 6 months to make 64bit machine.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure this PC has USB ports (unlike this one...) I'm still unsure about many statistics but ai'm going to make it even better. I'm gonna add two new hard drives (0.99GB and 5.99GB) and put some extra CD-ROM drives in. I hope that all fits. Will that all fit on the size of the tiny computers I see these days? Though, there's two downsides... I now don't have an excuse for not making any progress on my games and the biggest one of all..... I HAVE TO USE DOSBOX! *pauses to see spectators expressions* I find it quite sad that I have to emulate something that is for PC. OMFG! I also realised... I HAVE TO USE SCUMMVM! *pauses again* I am again saddened by this. Now, I must take out my pain by staring at a near-dead mosquito and rip off it's limbs.

Get bigger HDD's. Something like 80 GB or more.

He'd need the 5.99GB one just for his OS,a dn the other one wouldn't hold any decent amount of much...

Right now, I'd take the 360GB hdd if i was him.
My installed games take over more than 20GB.

Well, my installed games don't take up much more the 1GB, but I still have over 75% of my 120GB HDD filled up - need to get something bigger (I'm thinking of a USB HD 320GB).

Anyway - Glad you're getting this new PC, I remember when I switched from my old 486 100MHz 640MB-HDD 16MB-RAM (could hardly run Win98) to my Celeron 2400MHz 40GB-HDD 128MB-RAM - I felt like a whole new world opened up (well never-the-less I changed that one shortly after...).

Let us know how you're satisfied with the new machine (but keep the old one if you can, I still strart up the old 486 for some stuff - although rarely).
