my file cd.rom always is the same, and only it has letter "C"

Is the directory where you placed v1.13 the same where you previously had v1.10?

The version 1.13z already works recording the archives in a CD, but it continues breaking when Micky leaves, giving an error by something of SOUNDSEEK. ?¿
I like much this game but there is no way to make work it.

This indicates the problem might be related to sound effects. Did you try disabling the sound in game's setup utility and then going through the crashing part?

now it seems that it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I am going to him to use these days although it is without sound to see if it lets give errors.

If the problem was with sound, you muight try running the game with enabled sound, BUT through VDMSound rather than in plain Windows.
It's a little similar to DosBox, but much faster (at the cost of less extensive emulation), and since you are able to run the game in plain Windows, it should work just as good.

In order for the game to run with VDMSound's default settings, run its config and set soundcard to Sound Blaster 16 (or Sound Blaster Pro / Pro 2, if no option for SB16 is present), IRQ 7, DMA 1 and Adress 220.
