Yeah or you can just try using this (it will install daggerfall for you): http://www.uesp.net/file.shtml?dagge.../dfinstall.zip
It's a common problem with DF so don't worry about your disc malfunctioning or whatever. And here you can find all the other files that you might need: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Daggerfall:Files
