Adding ISOs will get you in the ISO cellar in due time.
The n/a postcount is a @#@#§# forum bug, the peeps in charge of taking those bugs out don't seem to care enough to do so for the moment, but once in a while Fifth (when he has time) manually corrects it.
So it's just a matter of a bit of patience and you'll get your access.

BTW, don't think the ISO cellar is a kind of Ali Baba's cave for warez, it's as clean as the main site, means no sold games/protected/warez games allowed.

Are you so sure of that? Certain forums don't increase postcount, plus anyone who tries spamming his or her way in is quickly intercepted and his postcount zeroed (or if the admin doing it feels particularly offended by the user's behavior, the postcount can be made a negative value).

The ISO Cellar was not meant as an integral feature of the site, but rather a fringe benefit for people who actually participate in the community.
