Well, the situation:

I reached the Level 16 and hope using this option (forget the name) that Wardencz told me to join new member, not Myron but Harold, the man from Gesko Junkyard, with the tree on the face..very ugly .... ha ha
No available so I was forced to choose Charisma.
Now it is 5 but no new man possible.
What to do, because I met more and more very heavy equipped some giant Paladins and like with Laser guns and Rocket launchers who immediately weep out my command and me.
Moreover they have HP more than 200 compared with my miserable 88?
How and where to find/buy these weapons?
- Additionally some very boring wizard, the keeper of the bridge, that one who send exploding cows non stop appearing at random places and ask me some Q?
- The policeman in NCR does not allow me access to Westin speaking that:
- Where is yr Day pass or this is private property..??

Actually the guy hireable in Gecko was mentioned as "Lenny, in the same room as Harold". He is a ghoul with SMG-usage and doctor skill (fat chance anyone took him back to heal Bess, LOL).

You can hire NPCs with this formula: Charisma/2, rounded down. We told you this earlier. Anyway, if you want an easy charisma, go to the Golgotha (location around New Reno. To have it on the map in case you don't have it right now ask Jules about drugs), and dig some graves until you find the Mirror Glasses. If you have those in you hands (not necessarily in your active hand, but having it only in your inventory won't work), you gain +1 charisma. (Or you can reload and choose another perk, but nah, I bet you want partymember now, and not ages later when you'll be provided by the use of memory modules.)

You need levels and more importantly: equipment. And some skills. Your best bet as next step will be Combat Armour (or you can search up San Francisco and buy Power Armors, but I think that'd ruin the feeling).
To get Combat Armour go to NCR, and if you're lucky, the shop in the city will have one set for sale (it has random chance, the shop's inventory is rolled when you enter the map in case the shop restocked since your last visit).
OR if you want free heavy equipment (Combat Armours, Big Guns, Energy Weapons, some better-quality Small Guns even) as I previously said go to New Reno, and start working for the Wrights. After you finish 1-2 quests for Mr. Wright you'll be trusted with the "Enter the Sierra Army Depo" quest. That puts a new location (SAD) on the map, where are tons of equipments (provided you can deal with the guard turrets at the gates, but they are not that fatal).

The Keeper of the bridge should appear only once. If you answer correctly he blows up and leave you a robe (what is a boody strong armour actually).
The exploding brahmins encounter is annoying and can appear more then once unfortunately. If you have better luck it is told to help, so if you didn't do that I advice you to go to NCR and get the Zeta-scan from the hubologist (gives you 2 permanent luck - or -1 luck, so save before trying).

To enter to Westin you either need recommendation from Dumont (NPC in NCR), or have the "Deliver Lynette's holodisc" quest from Vault City active.

Using Minigun depends on personal preference, your skillpercentage and the avaiability of ammo. Naturally, if you can not afford the ammo, you won't use the named weapon. The other thing to consider: have you good eough skill for another weaponclass to use those?

To add/remove money is the same as add/remove any other equipment in the barter window. If you pull item from a pack of equipment with more then one as amount, a popupwindow will appear where you can adjust the amount you want to move. To add money pull money from your personal inventory to your barter-inventory; and in case of removing do the other way. (But I must remember you that $ sometimes required in bigger amount. Some 20-30K $ will be enough for the whole game I think in your case, as I bet you won't want the improved implants as those lowers your charisma, but the regular implants you can find useful.)

The "escort the caravan" quest is THE hardest quest in the game (if you ask me), so better go prepared. I'd suggest for the sake of difficulty first eliminating the Raiders, then doing Vault 15 (Darion and his crew has some semi-serious equipments), and only THEN considering escorting the caravan (or maybe even doing the Military Base for a set of free Power Armour, but that location is also full of that kind of monstriosities).
