Yeah I think I heard the ratio for the sims is like 60-70% of females play the game. While only 30-40% of guys play it.

dunno tbh, i like most games i dont like most spray and pay shooters, i prefer the mods that come with them (i.e. hate half life, but love Day of Defeat ( a ww2 mod thats very very realistic))

see, i never liked DoD but much prefer Sven Co-Op and Natural Selection (or i would if i wasn't getting damn reliable channel overflows every time i try to play. stupid HL!)

Day of Defeat is about as realistic as Call of Duty. That is to say, not at all.

Maybe its more realistic then the original Half Life, but to call it "Very realistic" would be untrue. If you want a realistic shooter for the Second Great War, try Red Orchestra or Brothers in Arms.

Deus Ex - This game has to be the biggest pile of cr*p ever to have been released. It has nervewreckingly lame game play. Diablo II and almost all other Hack and slash games - I mean, I don't know what anyone sees in these games. The gameplay is as simple as, click mouse button, wait for monsters to die and run away if to little health. There is absolutely no skill requirement to these games.
And now, all of the MMOG's are in this genre, like WoW and others.

deus ex is better than a lof of games now in every aspect except gfx. diablo 2 is a good game but gets boring.

if your using steam then steam is the problem (sven co-op is a VERY good HL mod )

Quake, it was so ugly for me and too fast, those dark textures in the second and pink-ish in the third are a no-no for me...
