Look for hidden doors. There are several passages on the left of the long corridor. TIP: When you get to level 18, you will find quite a few runes. (6 or 7 iirc) |

I found a way how to enable the compatibility mode in Win2000... Go to start/run, and type in: regsvr32 c:\WINNT\apppatch\slayerui.dll ...and click enter. (if you have Win2000 installed on a different drive, than change the c: to d: or whichever leter your boot drive is) I'm not sure if you need to restart the computer, but I did that anyway... Than when you right-click on a shortcut to .exe file, you have the compatibility mode for Win95, 98 and NT4. However I still get the same "an exception occurred during startup" message whenever I try to run it by clicking the shortcut I made to the rpg.exe file, no matter which compatibility mode I set. Does someone have a solution? I really want to play this game... |

So I copied all the game files back to HardDrive still with the Image Mounted and runed it(from harddrive), it created an little config file in the same directory so now the game will runn and save just fine without the image mounted but it produces an small problem when quiting, nothing serius though. Maybe if you run DeamonTools you could save yourselves the trouble of a virtual CD the programm emmulates Copy Protections even without the CD Present. (haven't tried that but it could work) |

I'll officially join the cry for a hint on the correct procedure for demon statue smashing. If it turns out to be a "you have to click THAT pixel" type problem, then Ooog rip Ooog head off!!! |

![]() Demon crusher is invisible. You have to use the spell to make it visible.
